One of my most vivid childhood memories is my younger sisters requesting drawings of different animals when I was about 8 years old, which I would do in crayon. I’ve always loved making art since then. On fishing trips with my husband and children I discovered plein air painting, which I enjoyed more than fishing. For over 30 years the challenge of reproducing the landscape in oil or watercolor has fascinated me and I like to paint loosely with vivid colors. My goal is to convey the beauty of God’s handiwork.
