I like little secrets, small surprises and aha moments. you know, like finding a quarter on the street, getting the joke, figuring out the answer, knowing ahead of time that your friend is going to receive something wonderful, noticing small things that are in the wrong place, but somehow fit, seeing someone have a “yes! moment”.

In art work, I enjoy the pieces that have little secrets and/or contain some element that allows me to have an “oh, I get it” moment.

I always hope that viewers of my work will find little secrets or meanings for themselves from it. Happy hunting!
